Anyworks.in is a work and talent marketplace connecting clients with freelancers, service providers, and manpower partners. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, which may include:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (as supported by the payment gateway)

All payments are processed securely. Anyworks.in does not store your card or bank details.


3. Pricing & Fees

  • All prices listed on Anyworks.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes, as clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Platform service fees, processing fees, or convenience charges (if any) will be shown before payment confirmation.
  • Anyworks.in reserves the right to revise pricing and fees at any time.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or platform notification.
  • If the payment fails but the amount is debited, it is usually reversed by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and its delivery status:

a) Service Not Started

If the service or engagement has not been initiated, you may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable platform or payment gateway charges.

b) Service In Progress

Once the service has started or a freelancer/manpower resource has been assigned, partial refunds may be considered on a case-to-case basis.

c) Service Completed

No refunds will be issued once the service has been successfully delivered or completed.

d) Disputes

In case of disputes between clients and service providers, Anyworks.in may review the matter and make a final decision based on available evidence and platform policies.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request cancellation before the service starts.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the dashboard.
  • Late cancellations or cancellations after work commencement may not be eligible for a full refund.

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines typically range between 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
  • Anyworks.in is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

8. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be refunded automatically or upon verification.
  • Users are advised to contact support with transaction details for faster resolution.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Anyworks.in reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Chargebacks raised without prior communication may lead to account restrictions.

10. Changes to This Policy

Anyworks.in reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
