You will lead the integration between Core Insurance systems and Oracle Fusion ERP, serving as the vital link between Finance and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. ERP & Finance Integration: Drive the design and configuration of finance system integrations using Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
  2. Data Integrity: Lead data mapping, transformation, and validation between Core Insurance systems and Oracle ERP to ensure seamless data consistency.
  3. Advanced Analytics: Build and manage Power BI dashboards (DAX/Data Modeling) to provide real-time financial and operational insights.
  4. Process Architecture: Map complex solution architectures and process flows using Microsoft Visio.
  5. Requirement Leadership: Facilitate gathering sessions with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical needs.
 Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Oracle Fusion Expertise: Proven track record in Oracle Fusion Finance integration and data mapping.
  2. Data Visualization: Mastery of Power BI for high-level financial reporting.
  3. Technical Documentation: Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
  4. Communication: Ability to navigate complex conversations between technical IT teams and business stakeholders.
 Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Shared Service environments.
  2. Exposure to AHCS (Accounting Hub Cloud Service) or subledger accounting.
  3. Basic understanding of core accounting principles.
