Freelancer – International Business Development Executive (EOR & Payroll Services)

Compensation

• ₹100 per hour
• 4 hours per day
• 5 working days per week
• Payment cycle: Every 15 days, subject to submission of work reports and verification of completed activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and connect with international small and medium-sized companies that are:
   • Hiring remote employees in India.
   • Planning to expand their operations into India.
   • Looking to hire employees in India without establishing a legal entity.
   • Exploring Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll, or HR outsourcing solutions.
2. Reach out to potential clients through approved channels such as LinkedIn, email, company career pages, or other assigned platforms.
3. Introduce the company's EOR, Payroll, and Recruitment services and identify companies interested in learning more.
4. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, including:
   • Company name
   • Contact person
   • Designation
   • Email/LinkedIn profile
   • Date of contact
   • Current status
   • Follow-up date
   • Remarks
5. Submit a daily work report in the prescribed format before the end of each working day.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 25–30 quality company outreach attempts per working day.
• Daily work report with complete activity details.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
• Generate a minimum of 5 qualified and genuinely interested client leads every 15 calendar days.

A qualified lead means a company that has expressed interest in discussing EOR, Payroll, Recruitment, or hiring employees in India, and has agreed to a follow-up meeting, requested additional information, or shared their hiring requirement.

Payment Terms

• Payments will be processed every 15 days.
• Submission of the daily work report is mandatory for payment processing.
• Leads and activities may be verified before payment.
• Failure to submit work reports or providing false or duplicate information may result in deduction or withholding of payment.
• Interested leads must be genuine, unique, and verifiable.

Preferred Skills

• Good English communication (written and verbal).
• Experience using LinkedIn, email, and online research.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR, payroll, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Who Can Apply
