We are looking for a Freelance Growth Manager who can help us scale by driving freelancer and employer signups. The ideal candidate is growth-focused, results-driven, and experienced in community building, digital marketing, or platform growth strategies.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract freelancers and employers to sign up.
- Use growth tactics like social media marketing, influencer outreach, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
- Track and optimize acquisition funnels for maximum conversions.
- Collaborate with the core team to test new ideas and campaigns.
- Provide weekly reports on growth metrics and progress.
- Proven experience in growth/marketing, community building, or user acquisition.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms, gig economy, or recruitment space.
- Creative thinker with hands-on digital marketing skills.
- Ability to work independently with measurable results.
