Job Summary
The Outreach & Executive Communications Associate supports our business development efforts by managing outbound calling campaigns and coordinating strategic LinkedIn engagement on behalf of the CEO. This role is central to keeping outreach pipelines active and ensuring the CEO has direct access to C-suite conversations for relationship-building purposes.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute outbound calling as part of broader outreach plans, following scripts/talking points and logging outcomes for pipeline tracking.
* Manage LinkedIn messaging on the CEO's behalf to maintain ongoing communication threads with prospective contacts and existing relationships.
* Identify and initiate contact with C-suite executives to schedule guidance-oriented conversations - distinct from client acquisition outreach.
* Track outreach activity and outcomes in shared systems (e.g., Jira, or spreadsheets) to maintain

visibility for leadership.
* Follow up consistently to keep conversations warm and prevent stalled threads.
* Maintain a professional, on-brand tone consistent with the CEO's voice across all LinkedIn communications.

Qualifications
* Prior experience in outreach, appointment setting, executive assistance, or business development support.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent someone else's voice/tone convincingly.
* Comfort with cold/warm calling and LinkedIn-based prospecting or relationship management.
* Highly organized, with attention to follow-through on multi-step outreach sequences.
