Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Freelancer to drive growth in international markets through our Employer of Record (EOR) and offshore services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in the client’s country.
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and report on business development metrics and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in EOR and offshore services.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
